Your part is to decide on creating the estate plan by agreeing to the Terms, Conditions, and Privacy policy of Wassiyyah.com. Please do not use Wassiyyah.com if you disagree.
Your part is to read through the user Wassiyyah Instructions provided with the estate plan and make a note of and follow everything to make your estate plan compliant.
We provide you with an easy-to-use interface to download your estate plan in less than 5 minutes. Then after, creating an estate plan should not take more than an hour assuming, you have all the required information to fill in, including your and your family's legal names, addresses, and other contact information. Your executors, Trustees, Decision maker or agent, witnesses' legal names, and other contact information. Your part is to ensure that you fill out the correct information in the appropriate field of your estate plan.
Your part is to decide the type of estate plan suitable for your situation, such as Marital status (i.e., Islamically and Legally valid marriage), whether children are alive or not, types of assets, sizes of assets, and locations of assets.

The taxes may be any but not limited to estate tax, wealth tax, inheritance tax, property tax, capital gain tax, or any other. WASSIYYAH.COM is not responsible if you fail to update your estate plans as below.
Wassiyyah may send emails or inform in any other way about product changes. If you fail to update your estate plans or wealth-related product(s) as per instructions, Wassiyyah is not responsible for any damage or consequences as a result.
Wassiyyah may not send any communications but post the updates on Announcements. If you fail to check updates for your estate plans or wealth-related product(s), Wassiyyah is not responsible for any damage or consequences (not limited to financial) as a result.

ABANDONED CARTS
You can not abandon items (i.e., estate plans) in the shopping CART for over a month; otherwise, we may delete or cancel your Basic, Premium (and/or any other) membership. Also, avoid filling the CART with more than 10 items to prevent Basic, Premium (and/or any other) membership cancellations. Please also check the items and number of items in the cart before making an order. Follow the instructions HERE to delete the items (i.e., estate plans) in the cart and to prevent any mistake, wrong order, or cancellation of a Basic, Premium (and/or any other) membership account. The cost of Basic, Premium (and/or any other) membership and the estate plans are non-refundable.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
We may pause, terminate, or suspend service for one or more countries or jurisdictions (i.e., state, province, or territory) worldwide without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
We may pause, terminate, or suspend accounts, features, benefits, and/or memberships (basic, premium, and/or any other) permanently or temporarily for a specific user(s) and/or all users without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may discontinue using the Service if you wish to terminate your account.
